This module allows a small 4000 lb electric forklift with a 20 ft lift to off-load a truck and travel in the hydraulic elevator through a 14ft diameter 'wash-waist" vertical tunnel and then load inside the shelter community. It must be connected to the Vehicle Elevator Tunnel VET-10.
