The standard Earthcom 32 vehicle garage is composed of three arches to allow parking for 6 large SUV vehicles or 2 vehicles per arch. One end of the EC 32 has a seismic joint to accept to the tunnel. The other end has a seismic joint to connect to the standard walkway tunnel. This seismic joint on the living quarters side has a barrier hatch to isolate fire or any contaminates brought into the community by vehicle. An MCAS 600 (600 cfm) take in contamainated air from the surface and filters this air entering the gargage which should be left on for 15 minutes after the VEM is closed. The MCAS 600 is automatically turned on when the elevator is operated. A curved rolling door isolates the decon area.
