Knoxville News reports the TVA coal spill victims are subject to eye and lung irritation. Apparently the TVA is also claiming the spill will not cause ecological damage.
Residents exposed to the largest coal spill disaster in history think otherwise. One resident was about to sell his house.
“When people are bad, they get coal from Santa,” he said. “We didn’t get the coal, we got the ash.”
